We want to have a full GNOME 2 beta put together on Dec. 5. I think it
would be hard to have the control center ready by then without
starting on the porting work Real Soon.

That's going to be painful, especially if you want to start using new
GNOME 2 features rather than just doing a minimal port.

Also I guess the html view will have to be left out of the gnome 2
version temporarily unless a GNOME 2 port of gtkhtml appears soon.


Remember everyone, there is very little time left, we need to be doing
everything we can to make our ship date!
