A patch to make gnome-control-center use xml-i18n-tools

Hello, I have a partial patch to make gnome-control-center use
xml-i18n-tools.

I only need to know if the translation of the xml files definitions of
the screensavers can be translated as other xml files, I mean, to have
the translation inside the XML file and not inside the .gmo file. I need
it to use the XML_I18N_MERGE_XML_RULE from xml-i18n-tools and prepend
the i18n labels with a "_" character.


I know that you have the program "extract-labels", but I think that we
must use a standar way to do it.
