This is either NOTGNOME (sounds weird, I know :-)) and tell the reporter
to contact the local group, or we should have a component for each of
those websites.

So, do you have a more detailed question for the board? :-) Or is it
"what should we do with local websites?"

IMHO, we should try to make it clear that the user is on the GNOME
website or a local website. On translated pages of the GNOME website,
it should be possible to tell the user that the translated page was not
updated for the latest version of the english page.
