Does the site layout/design changes upon a major GNOME release?

Hi all,
its a little long since my last mail, so I hope everybody is fine. (I'm 
too). As from subject, I am wondering whether there are any plans to 
redesign the site for the upcoming 2.10 release. Its just a question out 
of curiosity nothing more (= I havent the skills to propose a new design 
:P).
