Bold header links

Just to make sure people are aware, I've added a hack to evilisedhack
that allows the relevant link in the header links to appear in bold. I
haven't added a catch-all (on Claus' recommendation), so if you spot a
page without the correct header link hilighted, please either let me
know, or add it to evilisedhack.
