Might be because it got overwritten next time cvs-update-www.gnome.org
ran and it decided there was nothing to do.

I'd do a 'sudo -s -H -u gnomeweb', remove the relevant files
from ~/TIMESTAMPS/ and run cvs-update-www.gnome.org by hand.
