Nov. Splash: Forum GNOME

The first "F� GNOME" is to take place in Foz do Igua� Brazil from 
November 11 to 12 featuring, among many talented speakers from Brazil, 
Uruguay, Chile, Mexico and the US, Federico Mena-Quintero, Tim Ney, 
Germ�Po�nd Jon 'Maddog' Hall. I've prepared a new splash image for 
wgo to spread the word.

The conference's web/wikisite -- www.forumgnome.com.br, to which the 
image links -- went up last week. Some additional information about 
scheduling should be added by tomorrow. I could commit the new splash 
soon after that.
