Committed. I'm sorry it took a few days, but is really was big. I saw
a few problems that I fixed in it:
/start/2.0/index.html: missing quotes around attributes values.
/start/2.4/notes/rnapplications.html: lost em-dash (u+2014).
/start/2.4/notes/rnwhatsnew.html: 3 lost em-dash (u+2014).
The loss of the em-dash is worry some. I imagine that the character was
stripped by iconv because it was invalid (possibly Windows 151, which
most browsers on most platforms support for compatibility).
