w.g.o not regenerating

I fixed a link in the Contact more than 12 hours ago, but page on w.g.o
is still wrong.

The link 'GNOME Desktop & Developer Platform' was relative (start/2.4)
to where I misplaced the contact page.  I changed the link to absolute
(http://www.gnome.org/start/2.4/).
