.htaccess for foundation-web

Hi

I committed my stuff to foundation-web. There's a nice .htaccess, but it
does not work. There are three possibilities :

	* I'm stupid and there are error in the .htaccess
	* the .htaccess file is not copied on the web site when I commit
	  stuff
	* apache is configured to not use .htaccess on f.g.o.

That's not a big problem : the site is usable, but old URLs give 404.

Can someone look at this ?
