Curtis, thank you for offering to do this, I think it's incredibly important
that we provide this information in a clear fashion to potential developers
so they don't have to fork their eyes out with C every day of the week. I
think Murray is mostly worried about site atrophy, but I believe we can beat
that by kicking lots of arse, with the renewed interest in site maintenance.
