Website methods and semantics

I'm looking at doing some updates to the Gnome Office website.
Since we'd like it to be closely coupled / related to Gnome.org, I was
wondering what goes on behind-the-scenes for gnome.org.
Do you use XML/XSLT? Or some form of CMS?
