Software Map is ready to go unless you break it

Be aware that you can create accounts, but not projects (I disabled it).
Any new accounts will be lost when the site goes live. If you have
maintained an entry in the App List, you may already have a user account
(taken from the username in your email address). If that is the case,
you can simply hit the password reset link.

Please let me know if there are any show stoppers. If there aren't, I'll
try to push this live sometime this week or weekend.
