_Please_ do not spec some tiny size font (like 8 point)!
Fonts to small to read are one of the first complaints I hear about
surfing with Linux.
As a matter of fact, 8 pt is not small (i have designed a page's CSS
(check http://geek.box.sk) with 8pt and it fits both *nix browsers (read
netscape) and windows browsers (read netscape [again] and ie).
Are you trying to say that "http://geek.box.sk/" is not using small font ??
I have RedHat 6.1 + Netscape 4.7x running on 1024 * 768 display, and this
is how I see your web-page: http://titanic.tky.hut.fi/images/font_shot.jpg
Please, take a look and remenber that even though it is possible that my
system is "corrupt", I am using all settings a they were left after
installing the whole thingie and probably there are also others who see
this page like me.. So, please don't use small fonts, they are impossible
to read some of us.

PS: If someone can tell why the hell my browser shows the page like that,
please tell me!
There is nothing wrong with your system. Thats just the best Netscape
4.7 can display such a small font; at that display resultion; mine looks
the same and I have true type fonts installed. There are some things you
could to do in order to read the page, but why, it is the web site thats
broken in my book.
This is the kind of thing we can avoid by not setting a font size.
