Ok, but yuck.  Why not share the same code with just one copy of the
objects?

Also, which is/was wrong (missing the prefix), gtk or gnome-vfs?

Is there a released version that's fixed and if so which was first?

Is there any "quick" fix for the version I'm using (gtk+-2.4.10 and
gnome-vfs-2.6.1.1)?

Note I'm trying to support production versions of binary packages built
in the NetBSD pkgsrc infrastructure for several different architectures
so I'd very much like a small patch to the version(s) being used in the
existing infrastructure so as to cause the least amount of divergence
possible.  I will soon, but not immediately, be upgrading to gtk+-2.4.13
and gnome-vfs-2.8.2 and I could probably push them up a bit sooner if
necessary.

BTW, trying static linking as part of your regression testing would find
these kinds of errors immediately even when using the lax rules of GNU LD.
