gnome-vfs 2.2.5 & devices patch

Hi people!
    I'm trying to compile gnome-vfs2 with the device patch, that I found
in Ximian sources, but i always get the same error:

cdda-cddb.c: In function `CDStat':
cdda-cddb.c:839: storage size of `cdth' isn't known
cdda-cddb.c:840: storage size of `cdte' isn't known
make[4]: *** [cdda-cddb.lo] Error 1

I have tried to resolved but the ony way i have found is to remove part ot
the  patch where delete such definitions.
Any idea?¿
