New Dictionary code landed in CVS

Hi all,

The new GNOME Dictionary code has landed in CVS, under the
"new-dictionary" branch.  It lives inside the gnome-dictionary
directory.

Right now, only the libgdict code works; I'm working on the UI porting
and on the source configuration system (see the description inside
docs/source-configuration.txt).
