Conservatoire update

Hi,

I finally got speak to Libby, the Assistant Concert Manager at the Conservatiore, who I'd talked to while we were preparing the bid. We now have (provisionally) the whole placed block booked for the week 15th - 21st July 2007 (except the small practice rooms which the keep open for students). I've got a meeting on the 2nd August (the next time that the whole venue is accessible) to go through which bits we want and for how long, and negotiate costs (little bit of UCE politics going on as I think we, OpenAdvantage, should get a decent discount).

I'll take a decent camera with me and try to get some good photos to give everyone a good idea what the venue will be like. However the Adrian Boult Hall is being refurbed during August so will look a little different come next July.
