New template for mimetypes at 48x48

Probably you know that currently the paper sheet pixmap, used as base in
MIME icons, is not 48x48 pixel, but 48x52. This is a
long-waiting-but-not-yet-open bug: it's bad for icon alignment in
nautilus and it's bad 'cause HIG wants 48x48.

I'm happy to announce that a 48x48 pixel paper sheet pixmap is quite
ready. OK, this is not a so big announce. But it's a starting point.

-- What is ready

Well, a 48x48 XCF image representing a paper sheet just like the one in
gnome-icon-theme. It's attached for comments.

-- What needs works

First, the little paper ear is a simple Copy-and-Paste. I'll "rebuild"
it from scratch, tomorrow.

Second, the "extension box". There are 2 troubles about the little
colored rectangle in the bottom right corner:
     1. HIG says: "Do not include a file extension in the icon. The
document icon's job is not to convey such precise information
but to allow for rapid visual distinction between documents.
[omissis]" - This is a philosophic trouble, read Icon chapter of
        HIG.
     2. The size/appearance of text in the box - this is an
        implementation trouble.

About problem #2: according to /template/gnome-mime-template.README in
g-i-t the font to use is "Tahoma Bold 10". Moreover the XCF in g-i-t
should provide a Gimp text level to easily edit this text. Well, it
seems that my Gimp can't draw the text correctly (it could be a my
freetype trouble, I'll check my freetype installation; BTW is
gimp-freetype needed?) or at least using "Tahoma Bold 10" I can't obtain
the same appearance.

Moreover, but less relevant if we'll replace this file, the XCF file in
g-i-t provides a plain layer, not a text layer.

-- What is not ready

Of course all MIME icons. This will be a long, hard, and boring job. But
we have to do it. Take a look to gnome-mime-application-pgp* pixmaps:
they need a restyling, using new key and lock pixmaps, and it's a simple
task: just copy'n'paste.

I hope that jimmac and/or tigert will be involved too. Build up new
icons to replace PGPs is simple, but what about python or perl? If the
python head is yet ready on jimmac or tigert HD, why we should redraw it
from scratch?

But this is a little OT, so wait for a future email about MIME icons
discussion. By now please comment about the template. It's OK to
continue? Any idea my Gimp font tool failure?
