Generally speaking I like the design, although since backgrounds
currently (well, very nearly) have the potential to be part of themes,
there's a bit of a question mark over how these two dialogs would
interact/integrate... albeit not any bigger than with the current
Background Preferences dialog.

Also "wallpaper" is generally for walls, not for desktops... talk about
badly-broken metaphors ;)
