Updated Nuvola icons in CVS

Hi,
I have now added the latest batch of wonderfull icons from David to the
Nuvola theme in CVS. I plan on doing a release of g-t-e this weekend.
I hope someone tackles that evolution themeing bounty soon, since David
has made some beautiful icons for Evolution also :)
