gtkrc Reference / Theme Engines Reference

Can anyone recommend reference that details exactly what a 
gtkrc theme file can contain.

Such as complete syntax for all possible options etc..

I was also wondering are there references for what can be in each of
the engine definitions ?

On gtk.themes.org there is some basic information to get someone started.
But this does not give a detail syntax definition for all options.
