Ok, you have not freetype1 in /usr/X11R6. So see if you have it in /usr or 
/usr/local. And if you don't have, i think freetype1 is not installed on your 
computer (or somewhat have destruct the tree of your 
/usr/X11R6/include/freetype). ;)
