Hi all,
I'm having problems installing atk-1.0.2 in Slackware 8.1.
The atk's configure script can't find GLIB 2.0.4 and returns me the
following error message:
checking for GLIB - version >= 2.0.0... no
*** Could not run GLIB test program, checking why...
*** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log
for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means GLIB is incorrectly
installed.
configure: error:
*** GLIB 2.0.0 or better is required. The latest version of
*** GLIB is always available from ftp://ftp.gtk.org/.
These are the relevant lines from config.log:

configure:7470: gcc -o conftest -g -O2 -Wall

Has anyone passed through this?
