Have not heard of the problem before; maybe make sure you have latest
libgnomeui, gnome-desktop, nautilus, and if the problem is still there
file a bug report on bugzilla.redhat.com. Ideally, give us a specific
icon to look at that isn't displayed, if the problem won't be obvious
on switching themes.

I seemed to notice that a few weeks back. I made an RPM for the
gnome-themes package and selected one of the themes and that seemed to
restore the icons. I was not getting icons for my Home folder, trash,
Start Here, nor anything else in Nautilus.
