Check the changelog.

The Feb 01 2002 entry for freetype-2.0.6-2 shows it's
moved to XFree86-font-utils in new XFree86 packages.

It's supposed to be conditional, but havoc grabbed
Mike's version, which is setup for the new XFree86-4.2.x
packages.
