nautilus2 background flash

Just playing around with nautilus2 and noticed that the background flash
when you first logon is still present. It had been fix in nautilus1 a
while ago, probably before the split to gnome2.

Also, what's up with the mime stuff? From what I can tell the pixmaps
are not packaged anywhere. They were in the old gnome-core tarball. Some
mime types in gnome-vfs.keys do not have icon_filename defined. 

.gx .bz2 .rpm are a few that have no icon.

I'm sure other people have noticed, This should be fixed before 2.0
