Darn.  I haven't been able to figure out what's going on, but I've had
trouble with a fair few phy.cam.ac.uk sites recently.  I'd strongly
encourage you to send a message to webmaster phy cam ac uk to let them
know you've had trouble.  I expect you'll have trouble reaching
www.phy.cam.ac.uk, too...
