Re: trying to track down memo-file conduit bug

Hmmm, guess I hadnt had the proper dose of caffeine before I wrote
that..

Everything was functioning (but I had never used memo-file, so I cant'
confirm that was working or not)
I upgraded system, which gave me version 2.0.9 of everything pilot
related, and installed glib 2.2.2.
Pilot would not even connect to system, wouldnt recognize cradle button
press.
rolled back to version 2.2.1 of glib, with 2.0.9 pilot stuff, and
magically, everything begins working again (except memo-file, of
course).

What I meant to get across was that things that shouldnt have been
related to the pilot-syncing apps, (glib) caused it to cease to
function, entirely. And the same sort of thing could be happening here.
