Sync/viewer for gnumeric spreadsheets?

Anyone out there ever here of a sync conduit/viewer for gnumeric
spreadsheets for Linux/Gnome/whatever? 

I know there are lots of spreadsheet for Palm OS apps out there but I'm
specifically looking for something that I can sync spreadsheets between
Linux and Palm OS and edit them in both locations. 

Maybe I'm just a dreamer...
