IrDA support, take 2

Oy...

okay, there was some funk going in in the irda port that caused the port
to fail
after a sync. But now I've added a hack to close the port, reopen it and
add the
io handlers after a sync, ugly, but it works here.

Code is in CVS now.

This means there's a third port type added now, the IrDA, so configure
your
gpilotd appropriately and try.

Lemme know if it works, so I can do a release.
