MAL conduit

Oy...

I've thrown a MAL conuit together, and it seems to be syncing. Tomorrow
I'll do some cleanups, and I'll put it out as a tar.gz (I'm keeping it as
an external conduit) and in somewhere in the CVS.

Hmmm, now I really have to finish the conduit_message thing.

It was done with minimal changes to malsync (only had to strip some
statics to expose various functions), and with minimal conduit code, less
then 200 lines, most of which was copied from malsync, and was done in a
few hours (making them link and resolving all the unknown symbols was the
hardest part (and finding creator ids for AvantGo bases)).

Must be working, somebody is hogging my isdn line...
