I tried :-) Actually it should be easy, I just didn't have the patience,
and also had a train to catch.

These steps are what should do the trick :
1) tar xvzf gnome-pim-1.0.8-SNAP.tar.gz
2) cd gnome-pim-1.0.8;./autogen.sh --prefix....
branch a:
	3) cp gnome-pim.spec /usr/src/redhat/SPECS
	4) cd ..; cp gnome-pim-1.0.8.tar.gz /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/
	5) cd /usr/src/redhat/SPECS
	6) rpm -ba gnome-pim.spec
branch b:
	3) cd ..
	4) tar czvf gnome-pim-1.0.8.tar.gz gnome-pim-1.0.8/
	5) rom -ta gnome-pim-1.0.8.tar.gz

But the package appears to fail during the devel package.
