gpilot-install-file: exception caught

I always get this message when using gpilot-install-file --later:

gpilotd-WARNING **: lib-gpilotd:182: Caught exception: IDL:omg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0

Any idea where to start looking?  It's corba stuff so I'm clueless.
