the problem is we are waiting for some API review from bindings
maintainers, and we don't want to release 2.0 before we deal with all
the API changes that might be needed.
I'll try to sort it out. If not, please don't hold the release if it
needs to be out today. 1.9.99 should be ok for abiword/gnumeric.
