Yes.

Sort of. It (or actually gnumeric) contains a copy.
I'm hoping in time to get s/Foo/Gtk/. Failing that the copy will
fold into the set of custom widgets in the gtk area of goffice.
Its not a huge amount of code, but it makes for a nice display
substrate that different objects can share.
