[gnome-network]use libgnetwork

Hi

We need to convert all networking code to use libgnetwork, so that we
can "force" its inclusion in the GNOME releases, with gnome-network.

I'll try to get some time next week to do some work on this, but if
somebody has some spare time and wants to send some patches, please go
ahead! :-)
