[gnome-network]Transfer Manager and Gnome-vfs

Hi all,

while moving to gnome-vfs I got some regresions on downman, mainly:
	- There is no gnome_vfs_async_seek
	- Anyway, ftp and http don't implement seek
	- This means there is no resume support anymore until seek is implemented
	- Gnome-VFS does not follow FTP symlinks

but got some good bits:
	- downloading from a smb server

I still haven't tried uploads since I want to put the UI in place for 
Gnome Download Manager (Hey, it should be Gnome Transfer Manager, but 
the name is taken :))

It will be great to maintain communication with the epiphany hackers 
about password dialogs interaction, password caching, and so on.

Also, looking at gnome-vfs bugzilla, there are lots of bugs that should 
be squashed, since they will be more visible if applications start using 
the gnome-network transfer manager to do downloads/uploads. Here are the 
most important ones:

http redirects should be supported
