[gnome-network]Downman

Hi all,

after some thinking I have decided to continue downman development. It 
serves very well to test gnome-vfs and I want to contribute more to the 
gnome-vfs project. Also, I want to develop more features in downman and 
propose it for inclusion in the Desktop Release. I will provide patches 
and ideas for the g-n transfer manager too. So perhaps we can merge in 
the near future.
