media player in gnome environment error

Hello everyone!

In my gnome environment,all the media player can't
work properly,such as xmms beep or amarok.When I start
these programs,error will occurs.But in my other
window system such as kde ,icewm, all the softwares
can work properly.
I think it must some setting for my gnome system.
Could anyone give me some advices?
