top panel question

hi:

i am using gnome 2.8.2 from debian sid and working fine... now what i wnat
is... in the top gnome panel and in Actions menu, i want to remove the
item Log Out . how do i do that?


And also how do i add some item like: Actions --> stopgnome and clicking
stopgnome items should execute the command "Ctrl+Alt+Backspace.
