window border missing in gnome-theme-manager

Hi,

I work with debian unstable, and question is about gnome-control-center
and gnome-theme-manager. When I open the theme-manager, and click on
theme details, I only see two tabs and not three, i.e. controls and
icons and not window border. Anybody knows how to fix this. Do I miss
some package ?
