wow okay. First, Gnome has nothing to do with Windows XP. So you will
not find exe executables for Windows or any bootable image. On top of
this, it is only a front end to the linux/unix operating system.
Second, if you are indeed interested in Linux, then
http://fedora.redhat.com is a good place to start for learning about
linux. from there you will be able to download bootable CD images of
the Fedora Linux OS.
