10 gnome tips, where can I contribute these to?

I put together an article covering 10 (11 actually) gnome tips that go a
long way to improving every day use for me. I was looking for feedback
on it as well as any places I should contribute the material to be of
availble to the most users of gnome. What is the shortlist?
