Gnome-2.6 Preffered Applications settings not remembered

Hello everybody! 

I would like to change the setting of the preferred application for
email handling, but when I set it here: 

Applications->Settings->Advanced->Preferred Applications 

Choosing "Other browser program" and changing the command from 
"epiphany %s" to "epiphany -n %s" 

Close the dialog then reopen it it has forgotten the setting :( 
Now none of "Choose a Browser" or "Other browser program" is marked.

I use control-center-2.6.0.3 

Can anyone confirm this?
