[Metacity] No focus for the Gnome Panel

Hi!
I just started to use Gnome 2.4 with Metacity. The problem I have is
that even the Gnome Panel gets the focus of the active Window when I
click on it. This is a little annoying, but I couldn't find a option
yet to disable the focus for the panel. Any hints?
