Yes, it is.
In /usr/share/pixmaps there is a file called redhat-main-menu.png.
This is the "foot icon" - so as root do "cp gnome-logo-large.png
redhat-main-menu.png" and you're done. Of course you can choose any
other suitable image file.

Unluckily with red hat 8 and 9 you have to do this "cheat"...
