bulk apply emblems?

Is there a way to apply an emblem to several files at once? If I have 10
files I want to add an emblem to, do I have to do it one by one? Would
be nice if I could drag and drop an emblem, but if I am holding down
ctrl the emblem remains on my mouse, and is dropped onto each file I
then click on.. that sounds awkward though.. so maybe if I have multiple
files selected and I drop an emblem on one of them, it asks me if I want
it on just that one, or all selected files... I am sure others will have
better ideas.. or maybe tell me if it is already available somehow?
