Yes it is known problem .. you are using jade and have registered in jade
catalog GNOME//DTD DocBook PNG Variant V1.1//EN.
Unregister this file will cure this (even don't ask me why jade cant 
output html files which have in header "GNOME//DTD DocBook PNG Variant V1.1//EN"
and with registered DTD for this and produces correct output *without* 
registered this DTD .. printing similar warnings/errors).
