I compiled freetype 2.0.7 with prefix set to /usr. The same prefix is
used when compiling gnome-print.

libfreetype.so.6 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libfreetype.so.6
libfreetype.so (libc6) => /usr/lib/libfreetype.so
libfreetype.so (libc6) => /usr/X11R6/lib/libfreetype.so

Hmmm ... the last line bugs me. On other workstations at work only the
first two libs are found...
